The issue of elite migration is one of the new, complex and sensitive issues in the world. Elites play a key role in the growth and development of societies. These thinkers are considered a great asset because they have extensive intellectual and organizational abilities. Elites who leave their countries for various reasons are of interest to society. The increasing migration of elites in developing countries has created challenges in terms of Imami jurisprudence and issues related to the rights of responsibility. Various reasons such as improving living conditions, better job opportunities or social and economic status are among its factors.In the issue of elite migration, its jurisprudential ruling has been specifically discussed from the perspective of Imamiyyah jurisprudence. Several possible scenarios can be assumed regarding this issue, and this ruling can be permissible, obligatory, or forbidden in some cases. In this article, in addition to examining the dimensions of the jurisprudential ruling on elite migration from the perspective of Imamiyyah jurisprudence, jurisprudential and legal solutions have also been presented in this regard
